FAQ

What happens after you say yes.

Relluno is intentionally simple: we make the newsletter; your campaign controls the list, approval, and send.

Who is Relluno for?

Local elected officials and candidates using a personal or campaign list. It is not designed for official government-office email.

Is Relluno partisan?

No. We serve lawful campaigns regardless of party. The product is built around local community information, and political positions come only from the customer’s own material.

How do you verify events?

Each event must be supported by two independent sources. If sources conflict or only one reliable source exists, we drop the event rather than guess.

Do you send the newsletter?

Not in the MVP. We email you the finished issue. You paste it into the list tool you already use, review it, and send it yourself.

Will you write political attacks or claims for me?

No. We do not invent quotes, positions, accusations, or election claims. We refuse falsehoods, attacks on private people, election misinformation, and hate.

What happens if there is a factual mistake?

Tell us. We provide a corrected reissue at no charge.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. Future billing stops after cancellation. Delivered issues are not refundable.

Who owns my list?

You do. Relluno does not need custody of your mailing list for the MVP, and you remain responsible for recipients, sending, and required campaign disclaimers.
