This notice describes the intended MVP data practices and will be checked against the live service before launch.

What we collect

We may collect account and billing identifiers, your town or district, newsletter preferences, campaign-provided blurb and links, “paid for by” text, support messages, and operational records needed to provide the service.

Your mailing list

For the MVP, Relluno does not require or store your audience mailing list. You receive the completed issue and send it from your own list tool.

How we use information

We use customer information to create and deliver issues, provide support, process subscriptions through our payment provider, prevent abuse, improve the service, and keep required business records.

Service providers

We may use vendors for website hosting, payments, email, and operational infrastructure. Those providers process information according to their own terms and the services we configure.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, support, accounting, security, or legal obligations. Customers can contact support to request correction or deletion where applicable.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Changes

We may update this notice as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected in the posted notice before they apply.
